We engaged Glenn at Total Project Control to complete an extension to our house in Chatswood. This involved increasing the floor area on the ground level and adding an upstairs level.
Being in a conservation area and 1 in 100 year flood zone, the requirements, conditions and hence the build were complex in nature. This is where Glenn's knowledge and extensive experience kicked in and he consulted with the structural engineers and architect to actually improve the design and also making it more cost effective.
I would like to thank and commend Glenn and the team with the constant consultation with us to make decisions, discussing pro-active suggestions to improve the design, the organisation of all trades and paperwork. Most importantly, the quality of the building work was excellent. Glenn also provided flexibility for our own trade contacts to be involved with the build which was great.
